Did anyone else experience depression in their reboot? It's been 5 days since my 27 day streak and I'm feeling very depressed.

Hi Greenboy, Great going, At what day did you start flatlining? What day are you at the moment?

  4. I sometimes have weird sensations in my head, and sometimes my lungs clear and breathing becomes better for a while.

I also have depression today and fatigue, yesterday I was fairly good/neutral. I think I am going to take it easier from now on. Give programming a rest.

I am on day 51. Just bored on a sunday, I feel a very small urge occassionally, seems my flatline is milder. I've pretty much had it with this current state sigh, staying strong though.

I'm on day 6/12. 6 of no P, and 12 of no PMO. I'm feeling VERY depressed at the moment. No urge whatsoever, so that's good, at least. I can't believe I didn't start this sooner.

How long did y'alls depression last?

Same here at day 68. Feeling super depressed. I did'nt feel like this even when I was pmoing. I've been eating healthy and working out everyday and sleeping fine too.
Just sucks. Don't know what to do.

Happens with many people.Feeling depressed is normal some even consider it as a beginning to recovery.
Talk to someone who you trust.when I got depressed I took a walk and talked to my frnds .Remember therapy is also a good option.Helped me a lot.
If possible try and find an accountability partner.
Remember you have it have in you to turn your life around.

Your source of depression might be different.Try to think and analyse about your problems.sometimes depression takes longer to heal
Seeking therapy is also a good option .Will help in speeding the recovery process

It is all normal, your brain was used to PMO level dopamine, meaning now that you stopped your dopamine take a deep nose dive and that causes you to feel depressed, the same happened to me and it went away, becauss i remember i was never a depressed person, not before pmo neither during pmo now that i stopped i first start feeling depressed but it went from severe to now and then, time is the key

Go to a good psychiatrist. He gave me some medicines and it solved the problem.
Just don't relapse. You will feel worse and the depression ,etc will still be there.
Staying away from pmo just brought back the stuff that you have been pushing down with pmo.
Deal with it with professional help.
I'm feeling much better than ever and happy. I wish I did'nt relapse during that time on my 71st day.
    Relapsing won't solve anything.
    Good luck

Sorry. can't say that. But going to a psychiatrist is a good option. He'll give some tablets to balance the chemicals in the brain

why not? it just in my country its better not to go to doctor, because they will give shit, that make you feel worse, or this will be some tranquilizer. So if you would say what doctor gave you, i could at least read about it.

  18. just take a cold shower and get the f#ck out of the house.
go to a library, meet new people or just sit on a park bench.
that's the only way to feel good during the depressive period of reboot.

Anyway he prescribed me omega3 tablets with ginseed extracts , adesan and fluoxetine.
    Hope this helps.
