We are not our mind , do not identify with it, its a long task im goen through but now i have lost count of streaks really fighting it doesnt help have to step back watch it go through the pattersns and do not engage in actions , I have realized 99% of us are basically possesed by this i dont want to influence any belief in this just consider the fact that we are domesticated and we are not supposed to think with words, hard to explain but in order to let this porn habit and control over most things its a matter of letting go of the judge and the victim inside our mind and all the other filters that create self punishment, this is a very delicate matter but thought I would at least share it with our fapstronouts.
