Prime Relapsing Territory!!!

Good Morning, rewind 80 + days and the day would be set for a masturbation marathon.
I had a terrible day at work yesterday and it hasn't been fully resolved so it's in the back of my mind, bit of pressure there. Also we had a late night so I'm feeling tired and to make the hat rick I'm home alone for three or 4 hours this morning.
And it's a Sunday, I've wasted many Sundays turning them into wankdays.
So the temptation is Still there, but I'm learning to deal with it more after each urge I supress.
So the goal is to get something positive out of the day. Stay positive, Stay Solid . Turn laptop of and Seize the day.
Chainsaw, wheel barrow and garden here we go!

oh I had a beast of a day on Sunday by the way. Smashed the gardening. I remember before nofap my wife was out for the day and I was meant to be doing jobs around the garden. And I was in and out the house like a dog on heat. I wasted 5 hours to porn that day.
On Sunday I was outside from the minute after i'd posted till she got back.
