Day 42/365....had sex once...felt terrible...never going back...it feel so good on NoFap....but I'm still experiencing flatline with no major libido boost. Had caught viral fever too..guess it is not linked....I think I m rebooting...but expecting more energy.

Day 26- A fantastic day yesterday. Now for a super Sunday. Feeling great this morning

 

91/365, 125 days of no PMO in total. I dreamt that I relapsed tonight, and felt like absolute shit when it happened. I was soo glad when I woke up and realized it didnt actually happen.
It's often not enjoyable to be on that streak, but making progress and working on yourself is so much better than the superfical pleasure PMO provides.
Happy eastern to all of you, let's be warriors who win that fight!
