Two Days and Counting

    So....I started this profile last week. And I have been reading the ins and outs of the nofab 90 days challenge so I started it two days ago.
    I am feeling light and peaceful..I will report back next weekend. I am a bit skeptical because I want to make sure I pass the one week mark as I have never been able to accomplish that goal. This time I am going to seek refuge in mindfulness and playing my flute when the storm hits..Wish me luck.
