    @VirilitySupreme I see in an earlier comment you said you got your T levels tested at the doctor. Did you ever compare these T levels with a finger prick kit you can buy online to see the validity?
    I really want to get my T levels tested just to see, but due to my age and the healthcare system where I live they would say I don't need it. I would buy one of the kits from online, but only if they were accurate like at the doctors.

    I've had friends use those types of kits to test their levels and they were pretty accurate.

    Although it is not hard to know whether you are a Low-Test man or a High-Test man.

    If you got any of these symptoms you are definitely Low-Test:

    - Depression

    - Anxiety

    - Gynecomastia

    - Fat gain and muscle loss

    - Brain fog

    - General tiredness throughout the day


    If you really need to know HOW LOW you really are, you need to get the test simply out of your own curiosity and to track progress.

    If you need a fix asap, start living a High-Testosterone lifestyle: Lift weights, clean up your diet, get enough sleep, etc.

    You will use your money in a wiser way. Just my two cents.

    Thanks for the advice. Think my T levels are ok. Prob doesn't help that I get shot sleep. I'm sure with NoFap and regular work outs I'll be optimal.

    @Abetterbrain you're 30 so if you pushed you could get them to do it. I'm also in the UK but I'm 20 so no way in hell they'd do it for me

    Getting tested this week. I am sure my testosterone is pretty low because of fapping plus I am generally tired the entire day. Thanks for all the tips man. Is it possible to lose weight on the macro nutrient rich diet you mentioned. I am almost 9 kgs overweight and have a bad beer belly. Do I need to do more cardio?

  15. What do you think of oogling girls at the gym while on a reboot?

    How did you cope with this?

    Where i train there are girls in their prime in clothing that should be not allowed in my opinion

    its getting harder for me every day to resist to oogle them all

    I've never understood the mentality of some guys on this forum regarding looking at women.

    I look as much as I want. In fact, I think everybody should since the hormonal stimuli is different.


    The other day at the gym I was looking at a woman that was sitting on a machine waiting for her next set.

    She had headphones on and she starting moving her body to the rythm of the music on her phone.


    I got this feeling inside saying: Damn that's beautiful !

    Whereas before I wouldn't have noticed it.

    I say look if you want, don't look if you don't want to. But I do think that the response is a healthy one.

    I totally agree. I don't quite understand a lot of people's aims on NoFap. Surely the point is to gear your taste and reword the brain to like real women. So people who are abstaining from sex with real women or their partners confuses me. Surely that's part of the reboot? Rebooting your brain for sex not porn. So look! Look all you want.

    What program would you recommend for someone who stopped lifting 4 years ago? (Due to the army..)
    I'm back to skinny now, however I know I can gain muscle mass rather quickly due to muscle memory. I weigh around 72-74kg and my height is 174cm. I presume my body fat to be 13%.
