    I've got to day 5 and I have been feeling lots of benefits including lots of extra energy and feeling very alert with an increase in positive feelings overall.
    I have one thing to ask this morning my SO initiated some sexual contact and I was able to respond to this without masturbating or orgasm so does this mean I can still carry on counting today as a success or do I have to start the challenge again, personally I don't think I have failed the challenge as there was no PMO included at all.
