Blaaahhh . Back to day 0. Watched psubs, but stopped as I know better, but came back later to mo to it to "get over with it" so to speak. Got 15 days total in this streak which I think is the longest I've had in 2 years (did have a 13 day streak ending 2 days prior to this streak). Well. Time to stop looking backwards , and start looking forward .

EDIT: Yeah. definitely relapsed today. Day 0.

 

7 days without masturbation have passed, feeling great!

Day 3 & 4 of 14! I forgot to post one yesterday. I think I’ll need to head to the emergency tab, today's urges have been and still are quite difficult to keep under control.

This morning I had to learn to accept the reactions of my body (erections, mainly) as natural. No pressure. No PMO.

Day five. Still feelin' good. I've been drinking, which is a usual trigger for me; not this time. I will not lose. I will win. I will win. I will win. I will, for the first time in my life, see double digits.

 

Day 11!

Got back into the work week. Took some time out to see a therapist with my wife. It was a great session. I am committed to catching up on my todo list at work tomorrow.

Relapse. Day 0! FUCK

 

Had a relapse today. I tried fighting it but 11 days total ( day 4 of 14 in this challenge) was just overwhelming. My Longest streak ever. But I’m going to learn from this and come back even stronger.
