  7. Day 29 @ 4:50. Very tough. I had to take some micro pauses, and I've tried to recuperate the seconds I lost at the end. After 3 minutes it burns so much!

  9. Day 30. Challenge over. My core is stronger than before, I can feel that holding the plank everyday helped me in powerlifting. I’ll continue to do some plank workouts everyday, maybe not 5 minutes though! It burns too much!

    Hey everybody , do you see better your abs after doing this challenge? Thanks : )

    I want to do thisttchallenge but i always feel my shoulders burning and noty abs lol. Have you you some tips??

  13. Hi! Yes, my abs are definitely more visible, and my strength increased in all the weightlifting exercises I do. It’s good to complement your training with this challenge.

    As the burn on your shoulders, I suppose that your technique is not correct. You should have a look at the fitness videos I posted and focus on the technique. Probably you’re not contracting yours abs and glutes enough and maybe your body doesn’t form a straight line from the ground to your head. Also your arms should be perpendicular to the ground, and your forearms at 90 degrees. You should keep your spine straight and look into the space in between your hands.

  16. I like to be extreme so for day 1 I did a 2 minute plank... Tomorrow is ab day at the gym, son!!
