I didn't know that it was a side effect of being pmo free. It's not bad I guess. But I'll try to do a research about it and I'll update you.

 

I have had the same kind of thing happen to me. When I was much younger, and would go no PMO I would typically have wet dreams 2 or 3 times a month. But there were also times when I might go for over a month without any. And other times when I would get then 2 nights in a row and/or 3-4 of them in a week. There was no regularity to it at all. And no reason I could see why it could be so many at one time and so long without at others.
Stay calm and carry on. You may find that things will normalize for you again.

 

Your body is realizing you haven't released for 4 months, so it is making up for that by wet dreaming every day. Your body should even itself out. This is not abnormal.

Watch out for the chaser though. Do you feel mild chaser i.e increase in cravings and urges?

It's a completely biological function. You have no control over it. The suggestion to wear a sock was a good one. I wish I had thought of that. I'm sorry I don't have better news for you.
