Day 12!

Better day at work. Not caught up yet, but back on track. Tomorrow is day 21 of my streak, and I am especially psyched. I don't want to celebrate early, so I will commit to using the emergency button and the sub-reddit when things get difficult.

Day 4

 

I relapsed on my day 13. I was so hopeful for my future. After relapsing I truly felt like an addict. I’m gonna try and dust myself off before I relapse more times.

Hey today is day 2 I’ve only don’t this once I think but it’s so hard. But when I did I felt better I’m using this as s stepping stone to start long term no pmo’ing

Day 7 - halfway there

 

Day 0 - Need to do something conrete to get back to where I was a few months ago. This might be it!

 

Day 4!!!! I’m left speechless with the amount of productivity I found inside myself today. Accomplished so many mini goals!
