    I’m losing control guys.. I thought moving and changing my environment but it didn’t help nothing at. If anything it got worse idk what to do or how to stop this. I gotta get control back.

    No sir I’m not almost at 90 days I cracked a long time go and left the site cause I was embarrassed to admit.

    there's no need to be embarrassed. these things can happen. but you won't make any progress if you aren't honest with yourself, and others. focus on overcoming this urge now. then return to nofap and build up your streak. so why do you want to reboot?

    We all have a slip ups. Do not be embarrassed! We will not judge you or bet you up about it! Everyone including me comes here for help. So don't leave for something lime that. Do what you are doing know ask for help.

    I am at 20 days. I have had some very strong urges for p and m. Some even when I've been at work. I work underground mine and alone 90% of the time. So I am safe from p there. Other days wife kids were gone instead of doing something I would regret I come to this site

    I wanna reboot because I know this is bad for my life. I can’t sit down and just watched tv anymore like I legit need a sex scene in the show or I won’t watch it. It’s to point where I’m at work and just have the urge to want to whip my dick out in our employee bathroom and go to town. Like it’s getting that bad. I want control back of my daily life.

    perfectly good reasons. and (as you know) this reboot is hard, really difficult, but there are countless examples of what awaits you at the end. so you need to take this seriously. start a journal, ask for an AP, and do not be afraid to admit your mistakes. by admitting them, you can learn from them, and get others to help you.

    it'll take time, but you CAN do this.

    Stay strong. You can win this, I know people who had steered clear of urges and tendencies the last moment, it is possible to get back control.

    take each day as it comes, the urges will come in waves, you have to ride the waves out till they your will power is strong enough again.

    Hi Bob, I've been there, so I know how you feel, but think, How are you going to feel after you do it? Guilty, disappointed with yourself, and probably, you'll want to start the whole reboot again, but you have to gain control of your body now, don't let it control you.

    You can do it!!!!

    Brother stay strong. Don't give in. I was about to reach my 1 month streak count but i acted out this afternoon and if you ask me then it's definitely not worth it. Think about the long term benefits of not acting out.
    Engage yourself in something else that you like. Divert your mind and for some hours stay away from the potential sources of distraction. You've got this one. Stay strong!! Stay clean!!

    NEVER AND EVER AND EVER EVER GIVE UPPPP.

    Just stay busy you will eventually get control of your organs.

    Try meditations and excercising.

    Even cold shower work.

    Try to wear two underwear s if possible

    Use affirmation and visualization techniques.

    JUST STAY BROTHER AT LEAST FOR GOD'S SAKE.

    How do you define "control?" You cannot choose to NOT feel sexual urges any more than you can choose to NOT feel hunger or thirst. You can only choose how you act, or rather don't act, on those urges. Focus on attitudes and behaviors the help you cope with the urges. Go with what works for you.
    And please do not have a go at yourself at work! Think of the humiliation if you were seen.

    You already took a big first step by coming back to this site. I know you've heard it a million times, but spend as much time as possible on here, it's helped me so much. A lot of positivity and genuine applicable advice on here.

    1) Keep a couple of the main reasons you want to change written down in a note on your phone so you can pull it out and remind yourself if you're having urges....write something that you know will be hard to ignore.

    2) As much as possible physically remove temptations. Keep your laptop out of your room at night and in the morning, and don't take your phone with you to bed. If you're feeling urges, literally get up and walk out of your house for at least 10 minutes.

    3) Break it down to short stretches. Focus on getting through day by day, or even hour by hour until you string a few days together if possible. The first couple days are the hardest. If you can get through 2-3 days it'll become a bit easier.

    4) Learn from your mistakes. If you relapse, make a note of where you were, what time it was, and what triggered it, and how it made you feel. Not saying you should celebrate your mistakes, but turn them to your benefit. Make a daily log

    And keep your head up. You're here, and obviously want to change your life. Don't let this beast define you, you're stronger than it is, and we're all here supporting you!

    there´s no need to be shame, it´s perfectly natural that you relapse. just decide that you want to live a free porn live and go for it once again. we´re here to help each other.

    besides, the more you hide yourself the more vulnerable you become to the addiction.

    Damn guys I honest to god did not expect all of this. I really thought I had to do this on my own. Didn’t realize how much support is on here until this moment. I needed to hear every last word man. I really just been down in dumps because of how out of control I’ve been with all of the masterbating. Thank you guys seriously.
