Just relapsed. So back on day 0..

Ouch auddenls open my labtop to pay bills but end up in porn web. Day 0 just relapsed. I guess Im not taking this seriously.

I started on day 0 so I'm on day 1 now. so far so good I suppose, I've had passing urges here and there and I've been able to suppress them so far, but does anyone have any tips on how to get around those urges?

 

Day 1/14 complete. No significant urges. Dull soreness in my nuts.
