I replapsed last night after completing 15 days.I am sad and broken but will not give up till the victory is achieved.I am starting again.

Day 5!

My project at work has really been looking up lately. I also had a very affirming session with my therapist today. I want to commit to catching up on some of ancillary activities at work, as well as getting back into meditating.

This is also only going to work if I am honest. I let the good vibes get to my head and PMO'd while the wife was gone tonight. I could have and should have reached out and done something else.

Back to the beginning, stronger now than I was.

i ment day 0 started. Today I will not use porn because I don't want the reason people don't like me to be an addiction. we will find out if it's just me but at least I'll know.
