Relation beetween Nofap/Premature Ejaculation?

    Hi. Im 20

    I'm starting doing nofap, with the intention of adding real sex little by little.
    What do you think is the relationship between Nofap and premature ejaculation?
    I have noticed that as the days go by, i come faster . Do you know how to correct it? Well I would not like to have premature ejaculation when Im with her.

    I have not researched the topic, but from personal experience I can tell you I am much more sensitive and I have much more precum as well. I wouldn't be surprised if there was premature ejaculation when you have been PMO-free for a long time. It should get better with practice.
