I'm grateful I have ten fingers and toes
I'm grateful I have a roof over my head
I'm grateful I have food in my belly

 

I am grateful that I made a great decision today by pulling out of a situation that could have been very destructive for me

I am grateful for a quiet place - it is so comforting

I am grateful for the opportunities I have been given

 

I'm grateful for

The people who keep liking my comments

I've gotten every off day request approved

I managed to get a scholarship applications in on time

 

I'm grateful for all the positivity in me despite the negative situations.
I'm grateful for being able to workout and meditate after a short brake
I'm grateful for being able to play badminton with my friends after a long time.

 

I am grateful for the coming weekend
I am grateful for feeling positive and thankful for my blessings in life
I am grateful for my increased willpower

 

I am grateful for friends to play D&D with.
I am grateful that group of friends is starting to have deeper, more real discussions.
I am grateful for my wife's efforts planning and prepping for the weekend. (Little guy's b-day party.)

 

Day 4

I'm grateful for this opportunity right now.
I'm grateful for the book that I read a few hours ago, might as well read it more..
I'm grateful for the love and caring of everyone in this forum, bless you all

 

I am grateful that I live in California. I've traveled around a few places in my life and seen the worst of the worst. But to live a great city like los Angeles. And to be a citizen I am very grateful for.

Also very grateful that I can see, I could not imagine the disadvantages I would face not being able to.

I am grateful im not addicted to drugs, I have never attempted drugs and never will. I know it would of drastically change my life and not for the better.

 

I am grateful for the weather finally changing
I am grateful for sleep I got last night
I am grateful for freedom I have from not PMOing

 

I'm grateful today for it being Friday!
I'm grateful my plumbing is almost fixed at my new house!
I'm grateful for the inspiration to start a new business!

 

I am grateful for a restful day.
I am grateful for feeling better after being sick.

Grateful for:

• The annual changes in animals and plants (spring is springing)
• The practice of meditation

 

I am grateful for my health.

I am grateful to live in a safe, relatively wealthy country.

 

I am grateful for following things today:

3. For experiencing the rewiring of my brain nearly every day.
4. For the awesome life which I am living.
5. For the good friends and parents which I have.

7. For my AMAZING gym workout today in the gym!

 

I am grateful for my therapist. Since 4 weeks i have a new one, and she rocks!
I am grateful for entering a new stage of recovery.
I am grateful for myself. I accepted a while ago that i dont want to go back to hardcore addiction. I had a rough time and started to make plans to go live on my one so i can use drugs again. Instead of going the wrong way, i decided to stick to my plan.
I am grateful for the beginning of spring.
I am grateful.

Anxiety i have rn, reminding me that I need to stay on nofap

The fact I can physically say Oof. There is nothing quite satisfying as making a loud OOF while standing the wrong way in a crowded elevator.

 

I am grateful for, making what felt like a monumental decision, not to PMO after a stressful day or just let my mind wander on social media, or to look at attractive girls or their achievements and consequently feel awful about myself- instead, I watched a Tedx talk about ‘what defines you?’ And listened to ‘Greatest Love Of All’ by Whitney Houston - really good message!

I am grateful for my singing teacher being alive, she had her apendix out and she could have died

I am grateful for opening the door for my parents when they areived home
