Looked at porn for like 4 seconds said it was nasty and disgusting and that i wanted to throw up and no boner
DAY 8!! Yesterday worked out like a beast cause i had an urge. Now im sore today

 

I am joining the challenge. I will come on her everyday and make a post. Thanks for the motivation looking forward to bettering myself.

 

Day 24 today on the way to 30, little easier everyday still havd urges, had big wetdream last night. Use ice packs to disrupt boners, easier than a shower.
Very clear defooging brain is a bonus here a few things to look forward to. Besides time not wasted.

DAY 90! I made it! There was some doubt there for a bit but once I saw my goal I just kept my eyes on it. AS the rules of the forum dictate this will be my last post here. I know you all have the strength to complete this challenge. Stay strong and keep going. My goals do not end here. I will continue to remain PMO free.
