Am proud of myself of all the work I did till the evening.
But then I had a hard time procrastinating on going to bed.



I feel a lot of sexual energy inside me, need to work hard to channel it.

Have a positive aura and share it.

 

checking in for day 14. Right now taking a break from study, I was starting to feel bored and wanting to escape through internet binge surfing. Came to nofap instead and stayed for the last 45 min reading the forums. I need to keep going now.
