Gday team,first real nudge at this.

Hi all, heres a bit of background on my situation. I'm 25 , I've been watching porn consistently i'd say 5 to 15 times per week since i was 15, the only decent break I've had was for 2 weeks when I was on an overseas trip, ( reason being i was rooming with 3 others .)
The last year or 2 i've been increasingly socially anxious, somewhat lost and forgetful and have had a really short attention span.
i had always put the anxiety thing down to how much weed i was smoking,and i'm aware weed is something that definitely never helped my confidence, but for the last year i've smoked only very occasionally and have noticed little to no improvement.
Over the last 2 days i've read a decent chunk of YBOP and it wasn't until now that I made the connection that my porn use could be a part of the problem.
There have definitely been warning signs that my porn use was unhealthy along the way, e.g. Watching videos that i felt uneasy about after i'd nutted,and thinking to myself "WTF did I just watch and why did I get off to it?"
I've decided I really need to see how I feel without porn in my life.
Quite a long intro but I felt like getting it off my chest.
