Day Zero. My longest streak was 59 days. I tried to resist but the chaser effect after my relapse was too hard. I have read the pieces of advice from the NoFap team again. I am ready.

I want to say a big thank you to everyone here for the immense support I've received over the past three months. It has been unreal! Let's keep killing this sh*t.

Day 2 in the challenge. feeling ok. I think I'm in a flatline as this is actually about day 10 since I started. My social energy was quite low last night at salsa. Stayed strong tho.
