    30 days. That is a great milestone. I’ll be there soon too, I hope.
    A week. Lovely. Keep it up.
    Just do it. Try to delete it, you’ll get used to it, believe me. It has helped me a lot, not only because of PMO, but it costs so much time too.
    Nice. Good that you’re deleting FB and Instagram. Hope your headache is over right now.
    THAT is impressive! 32 days, I can only dream of that. Thanks for all the support here too.
    I can tell you: you’re making progress. Keep it up, stay focused, and ask for help if you have to.
    It’s okay. Don’t put too much pressure on yourself, and also be thankful and happy because of every day without a relapse. Think about it. You have much more days without relapses than days with relapses, right? Stay strong!

    That is an impressive streak. You are an inspiration.

  8. Day 0 of 1. I feel that I am in a bad period when it comes to nofap. I have no motivation. If anyone have an idea what I should do, I would be very thankful

    Going out is usually a surefire way to avoid relapse. It's hard to do so if you have no particular reason though. Maybe invite a friend, going with someone helps you honor your own commitment.

  10. Yes I know these things but I can't always leave my apartment or invite a friend every time I have an urge.

    Spent so much time reading and commenting in several journals that I didn't have time left to post here.
    I'm at 26 days.
    To all those that relapse frequently, I would suggest to rethink the goals you are focusing on. The further away, the less achievable. Geting through today is what really counts.

    My goals for the next week (18.04.18 0 25.04.18) -

    # Abstain from porn & masturbation
    # Minimize the amount of time that I spend on Facebook (2-3 times a day)
    # Avoid using Instagram (unless if I want to share a picture/story)
    I'm not deleting them
    I just wanted to take a break for a week or so until I'll get over her
    Anyway, thanks, man! I really appreciate that. (my head is alright btw)

    day 74. improving life day by day. today went gym even if i didn't want, i socialized with my colleagues, i took care of myself. i want to break procastination to enjoy life

    I was there too a couple of days ago. Sometimes it just needs a bit of time. Besides that: think what you could improve, not only in terms of NoFap but in your whole life. For example: try to quit social media for a week, reduce telephone and pc time, start a sport or a hobby, go read a book instead of gaming for example, quit coffee and alcohol for a week. Just a few ideas, but I’ve been trying some things out lately and it has helped me a lot and I’m feeling good right moe. Just an idea though, but you could think about it.
    Nice. I don’t want to be pessimistic, but please watch out the coming days. This is just the beginning. Keep it up man!
    Don’t blame yourself too much. It won’t help you. Keep calm, make a plan for the next days if you feel ready for that. All the best.
