Count the number of times you thought you wouldn't relapse but you did. That's how many ways the monster of addiction knows how to entice/trick you. Let that knowledge be your weapon. Don't ever 'slip'. Not even a little. A random impulsive click is ALL it takes to throw you back into that hell YET AGAIN.

I took a cold shower this morning after "escaping" from it for the past 5 days. It was so cold and horrible but after I felt so exhilarated like I had achieved something so great . Well, I did achieve something great.
