[21-CHALLENGE] THE TWENTY ONE DAYS CHALLENGE !

Ahhhh! I missed my first day of posting after doing the 7-day and the 14-day. So this is a two-day update.

Day 7 and 8!

Date night with my wife last night. Last time the chaser effect really sent me sideways. Aiming to combat that this time by focusing on other forms of intimacy (intellectual, spiritual).

 

Today was a tiring day... I can not let it bring me down!

I'm facing so many urges now I returned to the university and I'm meeting so many beatiful people. The thing is when I make an effort to know people better, it becomes easier to forget about the urges... Still not completely but I'm really making a huge effort control myself (something I was never able or interested to do in the past few years).

It's kind of freaky to think of how most of us men in this country acted as if this was norm. How much healthier could the world be?
