I am grateful for managing to finish my 2 essays today -real time pressure but I pulled through

I am grateful for my meditation and realising that looking at girls in a sexual way is JUST a thought - you have the power to let it go

I am grateful for Youtube because there are so many inspirational videos

 

That’s all it is - making it through the day!

 

I am thankful to my past self for taking all good decisions to make my nofap journey better each day.

 

It's been ROUGH today

But...

I got delicious cereal to eat
I don't have serious medical conditions
I have great hearing (I know that's a weird thing to post lol)

 

I am grateful for being healthy and feeling positive
I am grateful for seeing my daughter tomorrow
I am grateful for music, it always helps me to stay positive

 

I am thankful for a wife who has stuck with me during this.
I am thankful for friends to play DnD with.
I am thankful for grace.

 

I am grateful for movies, it's nice to know there's always something safe to watch.

3. The friends that I have even when I didn’t want them to be friends

I'm grateful for getting back on a two-digit streak
I'm grateful for strength and positivity during this tough time.
I'm grateful that I could play badminton every day.
I'm grateful for being socially less isolated.
I'm grateful for my new supportive AP group.
