26th day. A flatlining phase. No morning wood, no arousal or urges for 3 or 4 days now.

 

89/90 . Pfuu. Nothing left! Will write a short article for all those who struggle to finally reach this goal.

Relapsed last night. This is really frustrating. I forgot how strong those urges can be. I know I just need to GET THE FUCK OUT of my apartment and away from my phone when those hit. This is a real fucking addiction. Those lies are so enticing. So I guess this is day 0 again.
