Today I am grateful for having a singing voice
Today I am grateful for having somewhere to live
Today I am grateful for my guitar

 

I am grateful for getting through a tough time today

I am grateful for making some progress on my homework

I am grateful for my life

 

God its late but

Being sick made work go by faster

I feel relaxed

Meditation and sunshine made me improve my mood from the prev two days

 

Iam grateful for-

1. For the life I have been blessed with by god, everything that happens it happens for a reason
2. Iam grateful that pmo damages me early in my life, giving me a stronger reason to resist it for the rest of my life
3. I am grateful for everyone in my life my parents, my woman, myself and all these lovely souls on this community, who are the pillar behind my success in overcoming all my urges. Thank you community!

 

I am grateful for a productive day.
I am grateful for getting all of my packing done ahead of time.
I am grateful for my family's support as I work through this.

I am grateful for another good day today and making it past the 1 week mark.

3. Getting my laundry done yesterday, so today is open.

 

I am grateful for following things today:

1. For conquering another day.
2. For feeling quite good today - despite of my relapse yesterday.
3. For having the feeling that I am going to recover really fast!
4. For my friends
5. For my family!
6. For studying today, even if it was just for a little bit.
7. For my healthy diet!

For coffee; it helped me survive work.

 

I am grateful for today and managing my time well.
I am grateful for finally getting a bed today.
I am grateful for not being so tired today.

 

I am grateful for
1. Having a productive weekend
2. Starting to learn to enjoy life rather than having a chip on my shoulder
3. Watching the sun rise.

 

I am grateful for steam, it's relaxing.

 

I am grateful that I made a great decision and decided to have my dinner outside in the garden -I got to breath in fresh air, hear birds chirping and see nature

I am grateful that I stayed off surfing through social media for most of the day and only did so for about 25minutes which is really good for me

I am grateful that in 6 weeks time my school work will be over and I can move on

 

I am grateful for following things today:

1. For conquering another day!
2. For feeling the energy within myself. I am really exited to see the morrow! I dream of re-entering my dream life which I lived prior to my relapse!
3. For the many awesome people here
4. For studying for 5 hours today!
5. For feeling so energized and so great right now. I had many urges today, many intense ones. I conquered every single one, and I can proudly conclude the following: EVERY SECOND OF FIGHTING WAS WORTH IT!
6. For going to sleep quite soon, time for another good day on the morrow. Good night everyone, stay safe and sound!

 

I am grateful for the talk with a good friend here, it was a while we talked and it really made me happy to do so again
I am grateful for being just happy with the little things in life
I am grateful for Netflix, it led me to NoFap and a better life (coincidence maybe but still! )
