Hope I can do it

    I'm 30 yo straight male living in Germany. I think I have bizarre sexual fantasies, which are hard to realize in normal life. That's why I've been masturbating in a daily basis for at least 15 years.
    I'm just tired and want to be back to life. I've almost no friends. I had till now almost no real contact with women. I expend my free time showing Porno with bizarre women in bizarre cloths.
    I have decided to change and I have 2 goals:
    1. To get rid of Sex-Addiction 2. To change my fantasies (later) using cognitive behavioral therapy.
    I've just started with a holiday abroad and now it's the 10th day. But Now after coming back home I feel like crazy wanting to show porno again.
    I hope I can do it, no more PMO

    Hi buddy. I think huge part of your bizarre sexual fantasies may be inducted by porn and by simply get rid off porn you can see huge improvement in this.
    As porn is really addictive and brain become numb to plain straight imagenery diferent kinks and fetishes are just equivalent of increasing dosage with "conventional" drugs.
    Of course I dont want to generalize your case, just sharing my own experiences. I've been into some disgusting and humiliating fetishes for major part of my life. Im just at the start, but i can see huge improvement in my tastes.

    Hi buddy, thanks a lot for your reply. I have had these humiliating fetishes for at least 15 years. I know exactly how these fantasies became worse when I watch porn more. I think it's partial related to sex-Addiction, but at the same time I think I have a hard battle to change the fantasies.
