    Hi guys,

I don't PMO since the 22nd of september 2017, so it should be more or less 180 days clean. I also want to specify that i don't even masturbate normally, like using fantasies in my head, because i'm afraid that they could be porn related, like too similar to porn. I also don't have sex, because i don't have a girlfriend and i just suck at interacting with girls. So the only way for me to cum is by wet dreams, that are out of my control and they happen roughly every 20 days more or less. ☹️

My aim is to reach 1 year of no PMO and no masturbation, if within this time it happens to have sex with a girl, i would be more than happy, otherwise i will keep going my way.

There's still one thing that pushes me to relapse unfortunately, is those bloody headhaches that every now and then appear in the early morning, kicking in hard, despite sleeping properly.

Does anybody have the same issue ? How do you cope with that ?

I knew it was normal in the first weeks, i had the same, but after nearly 6 months i'm afraid it's not. Honestly i don't know what to think.

Thanks for reading this and to whoever is going to reply

    Kind regards

I think maybe they are not Nofap related and you should see a doctor.
Also, could be a psychological thing.
Im doing Nofap, i didnt made past a week yet so i cant relate as much, but i never had headaches related to my Nofap streak ever, also it is not making any sense for me to have them.

Something to note that Migraines are common in Porn Users, they are more commonly ocular and body Migraines but other types do occur. No way to know 100% without a brain scan.

Guys i realised that my headaches were due by watching screens for too long (my ipad and my mobile)

I just stopped watching them too much and i have to absoluely avoid them in the early morning

    Now i'm feeling much better

    Thank you
