Okay, I want to give as much information as possible, but I don't want to write an essay, so I'll try to condense it into a timeline, and hopefully that will give you a clear picture of my situation.

Feb 4th: Supposed last fap. PMO.
Feb 6th - Feb 11th: Visited long distance GF. First time. Tried having sex every night, but erections came and went and couldn't get hard enough to penetrate. Vowed to abstain from PMO.
    March 21st: Relapsed once. PMO.
    March 24th: Relapsed once. PMO.
March 25th - April 8th: GF visited. Same as last time, trouble maintaining erection. Was able to penetrate on day 1 and 2, but could not keep it for long. Unable to penetrate for the remainder of the visit.
April 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 7th: GF gave me handjobs. At first to see if it could help for penetration, which it didn't really, and then to climax.
April 8th - April 22rd: Relapsed. PMO every other day since she left. This stops now!

I will be seeing my GF again in a little under one and a half month. I know these past two weeks have probably set me back quite a bit, but hopefully not all the way to the starting line... It's going to be an uphill battle for sure, but I managed it before, I can manage it again!

But I do come looking for some advice, though it's the type of advice that I know some in the community aren't the biggest fans of. I want to know what is out there to help aid in the recovery of my libido, but in a non intrusive way. By non intrusive I mean supplements that are more passive, unlike "active" and intrusive alternatives like the V pill...

I've heard about a lot of different herbs and such that can aid in the recovery of ones libido, either in the form of pills or powders. Thing is, there seems to be quite a lot of them, and a lot of differing reports on whether they work or not... So I come in search of some answers, and hopefully some advice, from people who have experience with such supplements.

Thanks in advance for any and all replies.

    Hello,
I'm having intermittent ED issues and hate it. Without getting into much detail about the ED issues, here's the supplements I bought from Walmart online for $15.00 including free delivery:
Nitric Oxide Blast - Extra Strength N.O. Supplement - Premium Muscle Building Nitric Oxide Booster with L Arginine - SilverOnyx Labs - 120 Capsules - taking two capsules a day.

It's too early to tell if I'm having good results, I've been using them for about a week. I will have sex with my wife tonight for the first time since I have bought the pills. Hopefully all goes well and I can cancel my May 1st appt with a Dr. to ask about V (The full name for V is banned word!) or something similar. I'm doing a few things to help:
    1) Working out at the gym and running. Getting in shape can't hurt.
    2) No porn.
    3) Limited MO. This is tough, but thinking it can also help.

Best advice I can give you: Healthy fats, Maca powder, D-vitamin and zinc-supplement (Warning: Increased risk of relapsing on these supplements)

I have heard Maca powder recommended before. I see that locally I can get either Purasana Maca powder "raw powder", or one called Full Spectrum Maca which says it's "gelatinized" maca powder.

How were your effects while using this? My hopes were to be able to use it for temporary support while I wait for my libido to fully recover by itself.

Personally, I notice a change in libido pretty fast on Maca (2-3 days in) but everyone is different.

I'll look it up, but I was hoping for something more constructive than "Try X for Y time". What was your experience with L Arginine 5000 mg like?

Incredible morning wood and better firmness during the day. It increases blood flow. I’m also in hard mode.

Would taking 4 capsules of 1220mg (4880mg) have the same effect?

My advise, is to stay away from these supplements and let your brain heal it self. Don't force your body of it's telling you enough.

I appreciate the advice. I have still not decided if I want to try supplements, and if I do, it will probably Maca as it is the easiest for me to obtain.

I am still open to any and all advice and experiences regarding supplements.

Supplement zinc, manganese, selenium as your mineral support. Take a full spectrum Vitamins B complex. Tribukus terrestris as your herbal support.

Your libido will go up and so will your semen and sperm production. Be careful, though, because you might be tempted to relapse with the increase in testosterone and sperm production. You will feel horny all the time. Just take advantage of the feeling and redirect it to productive habits and behaviours.

I looked up the different minerals you mentioned, and buy separate supplements seems to be very expensive, however I did find one called "Man Supplement" (stupid name, I know, translated from Norwegian).
It contains 100% of daily recommended intake of zinc, manganese, and selenium, as well as 100%-150% of all 8 Vitamin B's. Also has Vitamins A, D, E, C, and K, calcium, copper, magnesium, chromium(?),
    molybdenum, and iodine.

Tibulus Terrestris seems a bit difficult to get a hold of here in Norway, but it seems I can get them in Sweden at gym supplement stores.

Don't worry about the tribulus, it's just a bonus.

The "Man Supplement" sounds just like it. Chromium will help with insulin sensitivity and indirectly improve testosterone production. If you can post the ingredients breakdown I could recommend whether or not you should increase the dose. Otherwise the ingredients are a lot like my supplement stack.

I would go ahead with it. I'd personally double the dose on some days and not take it on other days. Otherwise it's a smart formula.
