Here we go.. the 30th day. Had a tough day yesterday, urges hit me hard again. But no fear of relapsing as i'm enjoying this reawakening too much. The 30 days overall have been easy at times and difficult at others but with a focus and determination i believe anything can be achieved. I'm off to target 120 days. Good luck everyone.

Day 9. I’ve come down with a cold. It seems like being sick is a trigger. I feel bad and want to find ways to escape it. Praying for strength in the coming days.
