I am thankful to my parents and other family members.

 

I am grateful for the countryside, it's nice not to be in a city all the time.

 

I am grateful for making it another day.
I am grateful for finally getting a bed!
I am grateful for my first pay check.

 

I am grateful for
1. Cold Showers
2. Getting up early to work out
3. Live a real life

 

I now have a great chance at winning state in doubles

I'm more relaxed when I play

I have a short break from my classes

Girls are interested in me

I'm more myself

I'm suppressing my urges more

 

I am grateful that my mum felt better today

I am grateful that I did some good homework today on my Spanish coursework

I am grateful for a quiet and safe home

 

I am grateful for following things today:

1. For having studied really much today.
2. For my friends.
3. For the nice gaming and talking sessions which I enjoyed with my friends today.
4. For the many awesome people here.
5. For feeling like utter dogshit after my relapse today. An indication that I have to take my life into my hands again .

 

I am grateful for-

1. For this life god has given me, happy to wake up everyday to a new beginning and a new end
2. For having made this decision to abstain from PMO
3. For having the courage to say no to my own urges

 

I am grateful for the sound of the rain on my window, it's relaxing and makes indoors feel cosy.

 

I am grateful for waking up early today.
I am grateful for the nice pancakes I had this morning.
I am grateful for the nice session of basketball and football I had this morning.

 

I am grateful for being here on NoFap, it gives me strength
I am grateful for sleeping somewhat longer today, i feel refreshed
