I would just wait it out a few days to a week and see if it subsides. If the pain persists, you might wanna go get it checked out. What you're experiencing may very well be "blue balls." It's caused by not ejaculating for a while and can literally turn your testicles a blueish tinge or it may just give you pain that ranges from mild discomfort to being kicked right in the Doritos. There aren't any harmful side effects of letting it pass.

The instant cure is obviously to ejaculate, but I would advise against it. There is not much literature on "blue balls" because it's in the same area of study as porn-related phenomena on the brain.

Again, let it pass. See how you feel after a few more days to a week ... and go from there.

You might also want to check your testicles after getting out of the shower to see if there's any strange hardness to either of them. If they feel normal, you should be fine, but if you feel a hardness to them or a lumpiness, it could be a sign of testicular cancer. Not trying to freak you out, but I check myself every time I get out of the shower to be sure.

Blue balls is an informal term for vasocongestion (i.e. temporary fluid congestion) in your testicles, which causes testicular pain. This condition is caused by prolonged and unsatisfied sexual arousal. It gradually goes away as long as you don't fantasize about sex, or touch your dick and balls. Any mental or physical stimulation will make it feel worse. Even having underwear on may cause unwanted pressure and friction.

For me it sets in after about 3 days of no O. That's about where I am now so I figure it'll come sooner or later. Not much you can do but tough it out -- just think of it as your body trying to get you back into your old habits. Don't let it!

Blue blues as far as I know comes from too much sexual desire like having organisim for a while like two or three without ejaculating. This will cause a real pain out there and it is really hard to hold it I mean not ejaculating.

Technically, blue balls are the result of having an erection, for an extended period of time, and/or getting close to ejaculation, and not cumming.

However, I have found that one of my most common withdraw symptoms is the blue balls sensation. Often reaching an almost crippling intensity that cause the pain to go all the way up my spine. There is no way to magically cure it, save for ejaculation either through fapping(which is not an option) or sex. If sex is not an option for you, stay strong. Suffer the pain and after a few hours or a couple of days, the pain will subside.

I have found that taking Advil and sitting down with an ice pack under the balls helps dull the pain to tolerable levels, thus allowing you to wait out the pain more easily. Also, keep yourself distracted or in the company of others because that pain, when it is persistent, can lead to relapse and we don't want that.
