That could either be from retrograde ejaculation or an enlarged prostate. If you haven't O'd in a week and this is happening, something might be wrong. I would go get it checked out by a doctor ASAP. If it's the first issue ... it's not serious, but it can lead to complications later on. If it's the second, you need to get it taken care of immediately.

And no, you shouldn't restart your counter.

The only time this is "normal" is if you recently ejaculated and a bit of semen is being cleaned out by urination, but what you're describing sounds like RE.

 

I would also try an not think about sex whilst doing the NoFap challenge. I don't think I could reach my goal if I allowed myself to have those thoughts, and for me it goes against the purpose of whole reboot. Good luck.

 

Yes I've read about that in the Mantak Chia methods, it can occur. I'd keep an eye on it to see if it happens again. That weed induced thought bubble may have been what happened, a weird analogy but you might have had an excess build up and it leaked into your urinary tract. If it happens again I would go to a doctor. All this is about not pulling your dick to porn, so I wouldn't worry about your counter.

 

This is normal. It is one of your body's mechanisms of releasing excess sperm. Don't let it affect you. You also don't need to reset your counter.

Edit: I don't think this is anything to worry about, but it's never a bad idea to see a doctor. He will give you the best answer, from professional experience. Rather than us on the forum who don't really know...

 

Assuming you ejaculated recently, this is common. In fact the reason men often fell the need to pee after sex is to remove any remaining semen and precum that did not make it out during ejaculation.

 

I've had a little bit of stickiness down there after peeing and seen posts where others report the same, so apparently some leakage is normal. The way you described it though, "huge chunks", isn't near what I've noticed and would probably concern me as well.

I can't tell you where your threshold is to ask a doctor about it, and it's always easy to ignore something as a one-off. But I would definitely keep an careful eye on it to see if it happens again.
