Today I will not use porn because there has never been a time in my adult life that I haven't used porn and I want to experience being an adult and a man without it.

 

Today I will not PMO because I want to feel stronger physically and emotionally, and PMO impedes my productivity to work on myself.

 

Today I will not PMO in order to push myself forward in obtaining my goal. I haven't been usin gporn for a verl long time however I have been O'ing. Therefore, the aim is to not PMO today.

 

Today I will not use porn because of my family. The husband and father that I want to be is unachievable as long as I am addicted to/using porn. My commitment to my wife and kids is much stronger than my desire to use porn.
