This already has more color, I see, I think, I act more complete and happy ... and one more day! Thanks God

 

Day 36 of 120 booyah the trick to it is do not even just turn the internet off make it inaccessible to you lock your phone up or have somebody lock it up for you if you take away the Temptations they won't be there and then start filling your mind with all the other information that's out there on the planet besides pmo eventually that's lot of information will take over and replace pmo

Today was a busy day, in the morning I went shopping, in the afternoons was cutting hair, at night i was chilling with friends. Going to bed now .

 

Day 14 - past two days were crazy hard, I'm pretty lucky to be signing in at day 14 but today was much better. Need to keep myself away from old habits that relate to PMO.
