    I am on my second day though i didn't get the link to join challenge of 90 days,i started on my own.

    It already feels great.
    I feel urge only at night otherwise days are going well...
    I want to quit it for forever.
    Porn not only ruined my metal strength but my testesteron level as well.
    I am kind of 26 year old and i have no beard.So somewhere i read that it is related to testesteron level.
    So hope this nofap will help me to get those beards.

    Let's do it.

    yes i started today to stop addicted to pornography and masturbation on the first day usually i feel heart pounding and feeling a bit chaotic and my lust always urges me to vent it on the unreal, my friend's spirit
