I'm definitely guilty of this... going on random internet forums like this one and posting jokes for worthless likes... It's a definitely a meaningless waste of time... In my opinion a lot of women would run a mile no matter how gorgeous you are... but maybe some might like the thought of what you tell them.. but youd probably need to be able to buy the bar every night and also have a massive penthouse with a sauna/jacuzzi and YOUR OWN GYM!.... or maybe the woman would need to be pretty young to buy the stories your going to be telling etc..
