What is the thing you would most like to change in your life right now?

    Hey everyone!

    I feel like with most people on here that porn addiction etc. is part of a bigger problem that is happening in our lives. There is something that is really hard for us right now, something we are not so happy with, something we would like to change.

    I was interested in what was the biggest thing you would like to change in your life right now?

    Social Anxiety, this is the thing I hate the most. Its not possible that an adult is unable to go out because is afraid of what people are going to think about him

    Haha, sorry. The biggest thing I want to change is I want to stop letting the past interfere with my decision-making. I'm having trouble letting go of past experiences. But that time will come, I'm sure of it.

    For me it would be my social skills. I mean, damn. They are absent. I tend to overthink what I'm going to say or stay quiet.

    Practice being less careful, less concerned, less conscientious. Practice speaking before you think instead of thinking before you speak. Acting without thinking instead of thinking or considering carefully before you act. If you have anxiety or procrastinating doing something you want to do, then you're already too overly cautious and overly thinking (perfectionism). It's when you try to manipulate the outcome to fit your ideal of "how it's supposed to be" is when you resist reality and resist the process. All you can do is your best and allow things to happen as they should rather than trying to control everything. You can't do your best if you're worried, fearful, and trying to create a guarantee where there isn't a guarantee.

    What I want to change most is all that I wrote above. It's something I've been continuously working on. I'm a lot better these days, but I want to take it further.

    My soft skills my way of talking and expressing my feelings and also my level of testosterone (hhh it would help to gain more performances at the gym)

    For me:
    • Controlling my anger
    • Stop having hate towards people (didn't realize it until)
    • Stop being nervous and uptight around people
    • Always feel that people want to get the best of me (i.e one up) in any situation
    • Speak in front of people with ease and confidence
    • Stop worrying what my brother thinks he knows about me even he's wrong most of the time

    I'd like to be proactively more social. I'm very confident and have no social anxiety, I just have no drive to put in effort for meeting new people. Probably I have to change my mindset about people wasting my time :D

    One thing that i wud lyk to chnge is getting anxious while doing something for first time or in front of public dont knw why but my hands start trimering so this is smthng i wud definitely love to chng

    A few things I would like to change in my life rigth now:
    -Motivation - I don't enjoy a lot anymore (very demotivated at all parts of my life except the gym). I just want to sleep and workout, to get out anger - which bring me to the next point.
    -Very angry lately, self blame for parts of my life that does not work as I hope (I am too connected to my past, even tho I know it is not always my fault).
    -Accepting that I can't controll everything that happens in a life, even tho it is a part of my life.

    I am pretty sure I just need a new start, in an whole different place then where I am now.
