Daily Intention Thread : "Today, I am... + POSITIVE AFFIRMATION"

Today no pmo because I choose not to

 

Today I will not use porn because I am starting to feel a lot better without it.

 

I will not PMO today because I can use that time and energy toward other positive things.

 

I will not pmo today because of the crashing guilt that is left behind when it’s all over the fear of being found out. The loneliness that fills your mind and heart when it’s all over and you have to look at yourself in the mirror and realize that you are less then you ever thought you would be. It feels so good to know that’s not how I feel today.

 

Today I will not use porn because it makes me be even more unsociable.

 

Today I will not PMO because I want to do better than last time.

 

Today I will not use porn because it is not me. not “I”. All other things must go. I am worth it to myseld.

 

Today I will not PMO because it is not what is needed of me. It is not in the plan laid out for me.

 

Today I will not use porn because it is Sunday. For me, Sunday is a day to worship God and be with family, not to gratify my addiction.

 

Because I have failed the 90 day challenge for 2 years now. And it is a true test of will power .
