DAY 1/ 90:
Starting this challenge today, may it be only the start of a completely clean life ! Let's do this !

 

35th day. Strange.. an emotional flatline but morning wood with a vengeance.

 

Start of 34/90... Not a great start, have had little sleep and have had an argument with my SO this morning. I am worried about my mental health at the moment...

I am!I focus on accomplishing 10 days at a time as opposed to the 90 days.
It keeps me motivated reaching each checkpoint.I need to keep challenging myself and may increase the duration as my goal,but for now it's every 10 days.If I forget the days,I won't check in to this site which could ruin my chances of achieving my ultimate goal of 90 days.

 

They 39 out of 60 on the way to 90 on the way to 120 feeling pretty good still having challenges though having to sleep in a separate room because I want to do a bunch of grab ass with my wife so that seems to be working too cuz I'm sleeping it also sleeps and also works for her cuz I'm not grabbing her ass and works for me because there's no grab ass to grab
