Here comes the night and also my biggest fears of resetting during the night because I always tend to reset at night and I want to get rid of it and does anyone know what is the best thing to do?

What is the reason you are resetting particularly at nights? Is it because you are alone? Is something triggering you? Or are you stressed out by night? Or is it the wet dream? Narrowing down the cause can help you deal better with it.

In general, these are the ones that I can come up with, as of now:

    1. Get into bed only when you are about to sleep. Don't use it for anything other than sleeping. If you are not able to sleep, get out of bed and do something else. (Except spending time on the internet, or anything with a screen for that matter.) You can draw, if you are interested. Even if you are not good at it, I suggest you try it once. Get the creativity out of you :)
    2. Get rid of all your electronic gadgets in your bedroom.
    3. Try inculcating a healthy lifestyle, sleeping early and waking up early. Including exercise and meditation in your daily routine helps you deal with stress. And tire yourself during the day so you go to bed early.
    4. Make things simple, and do the small things right. Forget about not fapping, and make a mental note to not touch yourself.
    5. Make a list of all your triggers, and make a plan for each of them.
    6. Do not fantasise, or edge.

Inspite of this, you may get the urges. Have a plan in place to counter them. You can meditate, or exercise, or have a cold shower. Something might have worked for you in the past, so build from it.

    Goodluck

Thank you for this, my main trigger is using my mobile phone before I sleep and there is always a trigger that throws me down...
