Lasting Longer without Edging

    Recently, I've been thinking how it will affect bed performances when we start to abstain from PMO. Many articles state that practice increases the stamina, and 99% of them all are all edging, the other 1% is to do kegel exercises.

    This has been the cause of my relapse, thinking that I maybe I can edge without O and then fail. I know I can go for months on end without PM, I've gone 6 months without anything. So my question is: How do we last longer in bed without practicing?

    It has been a battle of two wolves inside me, and recently I've been feeding the one that stands for edging, I know now that I must feed the other one instead, the one that stands for discipline, respect, integrity, and honor.

    It is a myth promoted by the porn industry that you need to hold out for 10-20 minutes during PIV intercourse. True intimacy is enjoying the build up. Good foreplay will get you most of the way there. PIV is just the grand 'climax'.

    After 100 days of reboot, we are now having sex again...
