    Thanks all. Really appreciate it.
I'm slowly getting back on a weekly streak. Just slowly building it up again.
Think twice before relapsing guys. Once you relapse, it's hard to rebuild.

I admire you for going 320 days. I followed this thread and I see that you relapsed a few weeks ago but your calendar says 4 days and 1 hour since you last PMO'D. It seems like you've been having trouble getting back on the streak. believe me, I'm not being judgemental, but it is sobering to realize that you can go so long without doing it and then start back at square one. I will use this as inspiration to carry on.

    NofapAsian,

I'm new so I'm not familiar with your prior background. Did you start this as a reboot to get away from PIED? or was it just a general desire for self improvement?

If the former, are you finding that you are not getting erections from real women again?

I'm curious as to whether the brain needs another reboot after recycling (I find this term more helpful than "relapse").

Such an achievement shouldn't be looked at as a failure. What you had done was inspiring, nothing less. The mighty may have fallen, but they shall rise up through the ashes.

Hi NoFapAsian! I experienced a similar fall, after 101 days, when I thought "yeah, it's all under control".
My advice is to return to do exactly what you did before. If you were taking cold showers and you stopped, resume; if you were exercising and you stopped, restart, etc.
I don't know if this can be of any help, but here's my "return story", after 101 days:

You did well when you decided to return here.
Don't lose hope and keep your focus. The second time is much easier than the first one. Just be extremely careful during the first two weeks.

Have you considered making a PMO spreadsheet? That way you can see your real progress.
Perhaps now you see yourself back to 0 (or to 4), but actually you only MOed just a few times in a whole year... that's impressive!! That's what the spreadsheet will show you.
At my signature you can use my own, if you want to.

    Galaxim.

Hey all. After I struggled for about a month where I on average fapped once every 2 days, I think I'm back on track now with 2 weeks Nofap under my belt.
Even though I was clean for 11 months, I was careless for one day just somehow thinking that it wouldn't hurt if I just do it once, and then it just exploded from there. I just couldn't stop no matter what.
The month after my initial relapse, I felt extremely crap, guilty and ashamed.
But now I'm back on a streak, listening to Nofap Academy and Sacred Sexuality project, as well as looking at books about sexual transmutation etc.
In order to get over that initial hump and to get into Nofap, there will always be a few times where you have to do everything that it takes to not masturbate when the urge hits. Force yourself to think about something else or do something else. Sometimes you might even need a bit of luck, someone ringing you or knocking on the door, to make you snap out of it.
And once you're back on the boat, avoid porn at all costs, take your mind off sex and focus on doing something productive.
    Good luck all (myself included)

Pallaeon, I'm guessing everyone is different, but given that before I started Nofap I could only fap once a week and after I relapsed I could have fapped 2-3 times a day, I'd say I had fully recovered from ED. Unfortunately, I struggled to get back onto Nofap so i slowly dissipated my sexual energy away again, so I'm pretty much back to square 1. If I was able to control myself and get back on the boat straight away I guess relapsing once won't matter, but then who can do that? Nobody. That's why it's important to not relapse. Cheers,
