I don't know if anyone already mentioned this before but why not, beside blocking porn sites and stuffs, if u usually watch porn on your smartphone(android) then: 1- download a counter app(from google play) 2- open the app then make an event called nofap(or whatever reminds you not to relapse and go back to day 0) 3- open a new widget in your home screen for this app (the event title and how many days passed). now every time you've an urge and going for porn or even thinking how M is not that bad and one time isn't a big deal, you see the counter widget on your home screen and how far you came and yell HELL NO!! NOT TODAY I'm not going back to day 0. seeing the counter every single time you use your smartphone is alot more effective than checking calendar one time a day or even the counter of this website it's not there just to count it's there as a reminder hope this helps.. don't give up
It helps but it is just a small aid to let you out of an extreme immediate situation so that you are able to apply a major tactic to defend yourself for the rest of the day. To me the strongest and the most effective tools are as follows. 1. Going out to meet a friend or relative as it changes your mind drastically (strongest). 2. Watching a non-pg film (comedy , animated , marvel etc.) i f you are interested in walkthroughs avalaible on youtube then they also help (less strong not very effective).
thanks for sharing Asharkiller you're absolutely right! but this trick is not meant to be THE SOLUTION this's the last defense line when u've lost your inner battle and going for porn this's a trigger/a reminder to hold on for a second, take a step back then ofc you have the chance to go for a walk or something to change the mood.
