I think it is normal, I had some wetdreams and they were a bit like precum and the smell is different.
I'm not expert with this staff but I think it is like a mix between two.
As for the arouse i guess it depends, if you really had a sexual dream you will find yourself very aroused in the morning which is why some people here hate it. If there wasn't then you find it normal and a bit aroused.
Wet dreams are mysterious and I'm sure the purpose if it is to reproduces new semen if you're not masterbating.

 

Sounds normal to me. Wet dreams suck. Just be careful afterwards as it's easy to get sucked into relapsing after a wet dream. From my last wet dream it took me about 10 days to feel normal again afterwards....
