what do you do after 90 days ?

I don't really have any goal. This nofap challenge is for life, I never told myself "let's go for 90 days" (except at the very beginning my goal was to go for 100 days but I quickly realized it would lead to nothing but probably me relapsing after these 100 days. I don't like this "goal" thing but it's a matter of point of view )

 

I hope i complete it... and i'll try as hard as i can.. My ultimate aim goes more than 90+ days but starting wit 30 for now ..Ok let's start.. I just want a new confident, healthy and inspiring life..

 

I think it's like a lot of addictions, You may remain vulnerable forever. That's the Beaty of maintaining the goal. It turns you into a master of will power to accomplish it. I think the will power you learn get after accomplishing
your first goal will always be useful. In my opinion. Though make sure your doing it for yourself. Intrinsic motivation always kicks ass

 

Ask yourself which would you rather have: Those 90 days or the hell of PMO-ville?
