    Been taking cold showers for along long time now. Started around last year, was going at it and then I had like a week or two break with hot showers but now I am back at it again. I'd say I am 1 or 2 months coldshower in.

    Does people live in tropical country -like me- can join? Since it's basically hot all day and taking a hot shower is a waste?

    You can also use only cold water for washing your hands, if you like, and save energy. Why using warm water for hand washing anyway?

    This Challenge gets interesting when it get's cold outside.
    However it still costs me quite an effort each time to jump under the cold. But after the first seconds I'm fine.
    Somehow I lost count and I took some warm showers now and then. So now I'll start again from Day 1.

    I guess the problem is that the water comes out too warm? When you can take an ice-cold shower it has the same effect all over the world. Well, when the weather is hot it will naturally be more challenging for your circulation.

    I mean that in tropical country, average temperature is higher than sub-tropical country. So i think that it will have a different effect since in tropical country, taking a cold shower everyday is a routine compared to sub-tropical country which is more cold than tropical one

    Hot weather, idk if this a luck or not but i'm more suitable to hot area so this doesn't feel so hot for me

    The temperature itself ranging at 32°-34° celcius on noon. How about weather there?

    We had some hot days. 23° - 28° Celsius. But dry, not humid air. Now we'll get some rain and temperature will drop.
