I am in this program u know i am fapping from 4 years...due to which i have lost everything confidence and self esteem is the main issue with me due to this nd now sometimes i fap only becz of mindset that this has been since 4 years nd i cant stop it or cant do anything..sometimes i think that it doesnt reaaly matter for me as this is nut big trouble nd issue but as days are passing nd months too this thinking is turning into helpless feeling i have controlled it for 1 month nd i know i can do it......so i joined this......
