Fapping without porn?

    I want to get rid of my ED which i know comes from porn addiction. Will an occasional fap without using porn ruin my reboot? I am willing to try but it will be much harder.

    I don't think I could do it. But everyones different. PM was a package dela so if I did P, M came back. if I did M, P came back. But if you're not sure then the only way to know is through trying it yourself.

    I have also found this a slippery slope. It's easy to say you will just fap without porn, but porn always finds its way back in.

    I think it will take longer for u to recover if u keep fapping, even without porn
    Also, I think fantasizing is bad as well...
