Did PMO fuck you up?

Of course yes. It is by far one of the worst things I have ever encountered. I've seen things ... things that I regret a lot of having seen.

I know that my life could have been much better if I had not found that garbage, because that is what it is after all. It is garbage, it is pure garbage that does not contribute anything positive. It only rots and corrupts people's minds in a grotesque way.

 

Don’t think like that, think to get out of the cycle you have to end the cycle, not repeat it. You’re strong, trust, anyone with a mind is. Don’t let your primitive brain control you, you control it, because at the end of the day, you choose to relapse. Power to you brother.

Hey man, in time, many people say that these sexual thoughts and memories disappear. Just accept that it was the past and not who you are anymore. Something that was once a part of your life but you don’t want that to be who you are so it’s not. You watched it once in your life, not anymor, that’s why you’re a new man.
